Returns

Athena A will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that:

Items are returned within the 14 days of purchase or order delivery. 

Items are returned with the original receipt.

Items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Items are exchanged at the store they were purchased at. If items are purchased online, they are welcome to be exchanged at our Studio, Unit 1, Quality House, 33 St Christopher Road, Bedfordview, 2007, Gauteng, South Africa

Alternatively items may be couriered back to us, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refurbishment
Items are classified as faulty if they are not of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty. Athena A items that are received damaged or become damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault within 1 month (30 days) of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your Athena A item is faulty when you receive it, please email us at info@brandathenaa.co.za

 

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Should it still not reflect in your account, contact your bank.

I have received my order, but it is too small/big, can it be exchanged?
Yes. If you have received your order and it's too big or too small, simply notify us and we will help you correct the size. Simply get in touch with us on info@brandathenaa.co.za We will cover the return and replacement shipping on the first order only,  as we understand you are still getting to know brand Athena A.   Any further sizing returns will incur shipping and handling fees as required.   Sizing returns are for credit or replacement only.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
